This number calls several times a day, but hangs up prior to being able to answer. When you try to call back, you have an Asian female who just giggles and will not state which company she is calling from. Just another scam / harassment call - this is what I thought the telephone preference scheme was supposed to be stopping !!!

What a delightful girl! Called up asking for a Director who isn t based in our office or who ever comes here. I asked what database she was using. I train sales people so know the job can be tricky at the best of times. I then politely and jovially said "Go on then, Who are you an what you trying to sell?" To which she replied "Perfect. F**k off!" and hung up. I hope she has a properous career in telesales and her unpleasant experience of hurling me abuse for no apparent reason hasn t put her off her

I rang back hiding my number, when put through, I was told my details had been passed to them from national database, and that I had been involved in a road collision. I told her she didn t know who I was, but insisted my phone number was displayed and matched to the database. Obviously from the outset this is just a cold call hoping who ever answers has been involved in some kind of accident

It's a PPI number from someone abroad. When i asked them to delete my number they hung up on me.. Very annoyed.

Was obviously working through a phone book since they asked for the ex village hall secretary by name - the number had been listed as a personal number in error. Our number is registered with telephone preference service to stop wasting our time and money

Told me he was from Windows but when i challenged him he told me he was getting very angry with me and wanted to use slang words. Then told me he needed money and I should give him some as people like me are rich because the government gives me money. Got even more aggressive when I said no . I asked him where he was from and he said South Africa !!Could have been really scary for old person
