Received unsolicited calls from 0114 319 0673 even though I m signed up to the telephone preference service. Looks like they are faking their outgoing number which means they must be scammers. Don t bother answering or calling back.

unhelpful, rude, annoying, unsolicited calls to number(s) already registered with TPS (I ve escalated a formal complaint via TPS). When I returned the call, I too got the answering machine "this number can t take incoming calls" so called them on 0800 069 9303. they confirmed that they re Debt Masters Direct but wouldn t tell me how they got my number or why they were ringing me. So far have had four calls from this number. The first call was asked to answer a few questions for a poll. Told him I did not do surveys and he put the phone down. Second and third calls were male who put the phone down when told I do not do surveys and please do not call again. Fourth call was female. I told her she was the fourth caller in two days, please take me off their list and don t call again. The call was immediately terminated. Am now waiting to see if there are any more calls.

The companies don’t "get" your number, they just block-dial numbers until they get a ring tone so TPS and ex-directory numbers do not offer any protection.

Cold call advising me of an accident - I think they are randomly calling numbers using a Dialler system (Pause, Click then speak)I advised them that I did not have an Accident and asked how they got my mobile number - they hung-up. Often recieve calls claiming to be from Royal Sun Alliance. Call received 10.31 hours on Wednesday, 23rd June 2017. No message received, so I didn t pick up the phone. I don t recognise this number and don t want to speculate with no further information. Suspicious of those who will not leave a message and Dorset is a high scam area in the UK. Better to be cautious.

No Huntly number starts with 400, so must assume a bogus caller. 3rd such call in last 72 hrs and not answered. Suggest others nit to accept.

Save it to Contacts and name it Nuisance or something more appropriate. When it rings you will know not to answer it. If you ignore it enough it will stop.
