Silent call Silent call, 0153 dialing code. 01530327117. We have had 4 calls today supposedly from Amazon Prime, all from different numbers, but with 0153 dialing code. Recorded female voice. Something about being charged £79.99, and pressing 1 to speak to a service manager. We don't have Amazon Prime. We are ex directory, and with TPS.

Scam claiming to be from Amazon
This number called me on my mobile number twice but they did not leave any voicemail messages.
The phone rang for a few seconds but then they just hung up.

Received a call asking about my car accident - which of course I hadn t had. When I asked who told them I have been in an accident the weary sounding woman just said they would remove my details and rang off. Interesting that if you try to call them on this number it appears not to exist.
Don't know who this is as I don't answer. However, the same number has called me several times and never leaves a message on the answer machine.

I got a phone call from this number, as I did the 1471 to hear the number back. The man said his name was John and wanted to speak to my brother. He new his name and said he owed money and they wished to speak to him. My mother answered the call but wouldn t give up any details, but she kept asking them questions about who they were and why they were ringing. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION AWAY!! Call received 10.31 hours on Wednesday, 23rd June 2017. No message received, so I didn t pick up the phone. I don t recognise this number and don t want to speculate with no further information. Suspicious of those who will not leave a message and Dorset is a high scam area in the UK. Better to be cautious.

I’ve had several calls from this number, he says his name is Chris and he is a local energy supplier, if it’s a Bournemouth number that definitely is not local, I’ve told him I’m not interested in what he has to say or sell but he still keeps calling and harassing me, I’ve just hung up this time, this number is a scam and they legally shouldn’t be able to get away with harassing people especially in their own homes.
SCAM Said she was from Virgin Media Technical Department. I told her I did not even belong to Virgin Media and asked her at what point would she ask for bank details? Avoid - scam!!!
