rang three times and rang off immediately when I queried. I tried to ring back and was told to select between 1, complaints and enquires, and 2, to have detials removed. I pressed one and was held for 3 mins before the line went dead. that happened twice.

If you get a call you should answer or call back as the problem is that the initial database maker sells your number on to other junk call companies. If you have a call from them you should call the number back and ask for James, the call centre manager and demand where they got your number from. If you don t the problem of nuisance calls will get worse. You can then call the initial seller and ask to be removed from the main database. Pinpoint (Call Solutions) Ltd. I have my phone blocked for unknown numbers so l didn’t answer the call. It was a gentleman who has called before by the name of Michael. The gentleman had an Indian accent.

Said they followed up my claim for missold insurance. I asked where they got my number. They said from various databases , I asked them to put a note on their system not to call me back...

Keep getting voicemail message and when I check it is an automated message but there is never a call from this number to my phone.

Telephone Preference Service is free and will never call you. Never give any information to an unknown caller, no matter how plausible they sound.

PPI call, just blocked this number on my iphone, these people are such a pain.

Recieved call on my mobile do not know of any number like this would like to know before returning call.

Asked for a quote. Kept pestering our staff with daily phone calls, voice messages and emails. Pure telemarketing company. Very unpleasant.

Try unplugging it/them then plugging back in.

This caller pretends to be from BT accounts department offering a refund on your account. When I challenged them and told them that the number is most definitely not BT accounts they hung up. Do not give them any information- hang up immediately

They claim to be a child cancer support group offering advertising for small businesses in a brochure which is handed out to thousands of people. They expect a fee of £149+ VAT ...

called 4 times, no one speaks,hangs up. Tried calling back but it says this number no longer in service.

I m not sure why people are saying the are scammers pretending to be EE, the number is on their actual site as one of their direct partner numbers. However I still would not recommend picking up as EE broadband has terrible service. My advice is head for the hills and don t look back.
