Answered the phone . Heard background noises so hit call blocker button.Don t know how but it then rang on our extension phone. I ran downstairs and again no response. I hit the call blocker unit and successful came up. I am also on TPS scheme but the call blocker has been a Godsend as this is the only call that got through this month so recommend Call blockers which block International, 200 built in known blocks and all with held numbers.What a nuisance these people are.

It looks as though they re back at work after the Holidays... received a call from SAM (who sounds American(?)) Said he was from Consumer Refunds or something! He asked for Mr Charles . I told him he had the wrong number to which he asked if I was the owner of the number. I asked if he was on to sell anything, I m not interested. This number called me today. Didn't recognise it so didn't answer. If it's a "real" call they will leave a voicemail. They didn't, therefore more than likely to be some kind of scam. Number blocked, suggest you do the same!
