I asked if instead of using the random name I publicly go by if they could confirm my full name and other details but could not. I’ve had several of these “investment companies” calling and fishing for details recently. All have the same “spiel” and follow the same script to their calls, with only the company name having any variations.

SCAM Received call about the 'free' medical alert system 'worth £200' with reply freephone given as 08000487800. The 01202159xxx number is probably 'spoofed' as it is in line with a string of calls received recently in the same number group, but the last 3 digits keep changing to avoid call blockers. This is the first time that a message has been left.
They ask to get into your computer, convincing you you have people hacking your PC. Afterwards they give you a link to buy a product of theirs. So do not do that!!!
