Tried to convince us that they were monitoring our computers and there were problems to be resolved. I work in IT so know this is rubbish!! Obvious hacking scam. Sounded like Indian call centre though London number. BEWARE! And our number is on TPS so shouldn t get any cold calls
Recorded message stating my national insurance number had been used fraudulently. Hung up and blocked

Called asking if our Bosch washing machine was working OK. When I said we don t have a Bosch, she asked if our Hotpoint washing machine was working. Scam of some sort, knew my name and post code.
