Automated call. Phone rang. Nobody on the other end. I rang off and blocked the number

Rings in morning 1 ring hangs up. Its a bot to make people think they missed a call so you call back to get scammed.
Unknown local number, answered and caller put phone down. Assume this is a scam/phishing call
Silent call
Called and left a message - wishing to discuss my domestic appliance insurance. These calls are at best unwanted Spam and at worst a Scam. Caller said would ring back - I've blocked the number - so will not get bothered again.

Definitely a Scam caller. Beware!
Potential Scam or Fraud. Rings, then upon picking up they hang up assumingly they believe you will call them back, which would probably incur a massive charge of sorts.
This number fraud team number don't call them bcz they are saying that we are travel agents but not bcz I already bad experience they £1600 steal my money from Bank account
This number supposedly was from Visa saying a suspicious transaction was taking place, Visa card calling from a mobile. Asian call centre

One of those 'hi mum I've smashed my phone' etc. I don't have kids!
The usual Indian accent claiming to be from BT Openreach.
SPAM I'm guessing but not taking a chance after reading previous comment.
TAXES / HMRC
This no came up as suspected spam. Male voice foriegn called sam from telephone provider.. I interupted him and told him dont answer any questions over phone thankyou and put phone down.
