It is a legitimate call. when you ask for password or memorable word reset. they contact you to verify with a code to reset.

Said they are from Carphone warehouse, trying to offer a better deal, but couldn't confirm any of my information, said it was encrypted
Said he was from amazon calling about my order, from India. I said i don't have anything on order with Amazon. he said fucking idiot listen to me.. I ended the call!
SCAM - Text, supposedly from O2 saying bill not payed.
Have been called repeatedly by this number over past 2 weeks- they left a message on my answerphone saying "So you wanted to know about bloody contents cover". I called it back and wanted to make a complaint, but they wouldn t put me on to a manager and said they would call back again!!

I rang police about this number who said it was a scam call, they ask for debit card details. Don t give them out.
this person called me then hung up as soon as i answered, it's a local number so im left wondering who it was
