Company is called UTILITA ENERGY LTD,Secure House, Moorside Road, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 7RX. They claim to be the UKs largest supplier of Pay As You Go energy - therefore targeting the poorest members of the community with aggressive and unremitting cold call techniques.
