SCAM - This was John with an Asian accent. wanting to talk about my BT Openreach internet connection. Don't touch this with a barge pole. Obviously a SCAM!!!! By the way I'm not with BT.... I just laughed and he put the phone down......

Fraud - this was an automated message stating that I was being investigated for tax fraud and that a warrant had been issued for my arrest. The message asks you to press 1 for more info - I hung-up at that point...
I answered this because it was a local number. However it was a recorded message supposedly from Amazon Prime. The message stated that my Amazon Prime free time had ended and I would be charged £39.99 unless I pressed 1 to speak to an advisor. I don't have Amazon Prime so guess this was a scam to get bank details if I chose to speak to someone.
Who called me? This number called me yesterday to polisy mobile phone number on late night. Who is this phone number???

These people rang me and tried to scam me. First by saying they were talk talk. And the second time they said they were BT. They say there is something wrong with your internet then they try to get you on a computer or lap top to begin trying to scam you. Don t fall for it they ALMOST did it to me but I was lucky to realise they weren t legitimate.
Claimed to be a call from BT Openreach about my broadband. My broadband is not with BT and when I asked for my customer number they would not provide it.
