This telephone number came back as "number not recognised" so I would gather it would be a scam.

SCAM Indian accent lady claiming to be from Virgin Media and going straight into a pitch on how they have noticed a router being slow. When challeneged for proof that they were who they claimed to be, she ended the call.

These were calling me at least 3 times a day until I actually answered, then claiming to be RAC wanting me to add extra cover to my policy. Just had call from this number, sounded Chinese, strange, how they have my number, could it be a coincidence, that this new phone is a huawei
SCAM only answered as it was a local code and I'm waiting on some calls. Not an English accent. Tried to tell me they were from Amazon and someone had tried to use my details to buy something for £400 asked if I had. Said no so was told to check emails, didn't have one so was told to use computer not mobile as for security it would only go to computer ???? At this point I was bored so told him to do one. Rang number back and no surprises it wasn't recognised.
National Debt Advice Helpline, cold call. Keep receiving calls from these people on different numbers every single day. Have repeatedly asked to be removed from their list. Obviously not professionals as they do not adhere to TPS rules, potentially scammers.
