Caller wanted to speak to "Carrol" - I said I did not know Carrol. I wanted to know where this guy had my number from. The just said he was working for "Public Information", but didn`t tell any further details, refused. So did I.
Had a call from this number just after 9am this morning (5th December), didn't answer it as I don't tend to answer unfamiliar numbers. Glad I didn't having looked...

Very demanding woman, said she was from BT and wanted to fix my router problem. There’s nothing wrong with my router. I disconnected when she started asking me to press certain buttons on my phone.
