SCAM
SCAM. Pretends to be from HMRC
silent call
Lying swines wouldn t answer questions put to them before confirming who they were speaking too.
I believe this is a scam using the HMRC as a disguise
You will have to enter the full number as received, from 1471 or your telephone s display, otherwise its too short to be identifiable. If this is all there was of the numbe...
recorded message pretending to be from Amazon Primes saying account would be suspended due to account violations..."please press 1 to speak to an Amazon Prime advisor"
Same as many comments, rang and hung up - probably scam
Missed Call - Called Back - And the same PPI S**t. The lady started off asking personal details, which I didn t reveal and asked what it is about. She doesnt want to listen when I said I am not interested and she can take off my name from her database. Am now receiving atleast 1-2 calls a day and 3-4 sms messages from various people/companies and I think it has crossed the limits to be tagged as harassment. Am not sure what OFCOM is doing about it.
