Asian man named Ryan claiming to be from a debt management agency on behalf of Citizens Advice. He told me they can write off my debt. I knew he was fraudulent so I kept him on the line telling him BS to waste his time and delay him calling a more vulnerable person. Then when I refused to tell him what my debts are for he called me an effing b***h.
