Ex directory numbers are not immune from auto diallers which call every number in a sequence without regard to ex directory, TPS etc status.
scammer pretending to be from Carphone Warehouse. Sounded as though they were using a tin can from Calcutta. Blocked!!!!!!

SPAM number, the usual persons saying they been told I've been involved in a car accident that it wasn't my fault when I don't even own a car!
Try texting STOP to the number. A lot of these numbers are text services to which you might have subscribed (albeit unknowingly) for eg, daily jokes, horoscopes, etc.

I have no idea how you made this a number from Russia, no idea what or who it is, just rings and hangs up, so blocked. DON'T EVER ring back, if they don't speak it's of no use to you, and is one of the ways to rip you off, because it registers as a live number and they docan sell your number onto other scam lists; and the number can get diverted to a premium number that will cost you serious money, search it before anything else, and report when it's bad.
Cold call - don t bother answering regarding credit card debt and loan debts, said my details had been passed to them as i was in debt. Funny how he hung up on me when i said i had never had a loan or credit card!!!
