SCAM Caller pretended to be from Lloyds fraud. Knew my name. Said a fraudulent transaction had been stopped. Asked if I had family in the London area, that's where supposed fraud had taken place. No monies had gone from my account. Then was asked if I had the banking app and to go on while they were on the phone to check for transactions. I said I would do but not while they were on the call. Said I would check later and call the fraud dept - the line then went dead!
Fraud I've just had my 2nd call today but from 2 different numbers, both saying they were from National Crime Agency and my NI number was being misused. This is a SCAM so please beware and don't give them any of your details! Block these numbers.
