Silent call
It claimed to be from Amazon, saying a large purchase had been made on my account. Press 1 for information. I put the phone down. On checking my Amazon account, all the purchases were correct. This was a scam

automated american voice says you have placed an order with amazon for £390 if this wasnt you press 1 to speak to , at this point I hung up
Caller with an Indian accent and a western name, pretending to be sky's support team who are eager to resolve my slow internet speed issue. I am an IT professional myself. They seemed hackers, so hung up.

called me a couple of times and line just goes dead. someone checking my number is live?
These are debt collection agents they work for HMRC and are relentless threatening and pushy.
I think the company is fraudulent, they sell you a deal but will never assist you when you have a problem, 3 genuine claims and 3 excuses. I have stopped my direct debit and they know, threatening to charge for the remaining months of the contract.
