This number belongs to the Kensington Mint.
Silent call
Text message supposedly from this number saying "your Apple Pay has been suspended" & directing to a web site (now defunct). Clearly a scam as I do not have Apple Pay or even know what it is!
This is not a Leeds number but an international call centre cold calling bot
Called me on my Greek mobile and it was a fairly long recorded message in Greek which I was not able to understand./
SCAM Say's they are from Sky internet and that you have problems with the IP address

Person called claimed to be from Microsoft claiming that there were lots of errors appearing on my computer and to go to the Administrator Account to see messages sent.
When I answer there is no reply , have been called 4 or 5 times a day and thoroughly fed up with them
