Pakistani/Indian voice, broken English, advising that he was calling on behalf of an investigation company calling regarding outstanding credit card charges. Hung up when challenged.

SCAM / HARRASSING Very thick Indian accent, supposedly calling from "the technical department". They hung up when I questioned how they got my phone number. They've phoned six times this morning and I had to physically unplug my phone to get it to stop.
