0049343342472 rang me (I'm in the UK). I answered, took them a while to answer (they are ringing lots at the same time then seeing who answers). They pretended to be from Virgin Media. Heavy Indian accent. Call centre noise in the background. Could be false - to make you think it is a call centre.
