Automated call telling me my internet connection was being terminated and press 1 to stop it happening.
This is completely outrageous,my 85 year old mother received a text saying they will be repossessing her house at 08:30 in the morning - this caused massive distress! I normally ignore these things but I am going to make a point of bringing some rain!
Complete s**mbags and an utter nuisance. Selling solar panels and won't take no for an answer.

SCAM -07833 168742 – Received text message Tuesday 2/2/2021 to mobile with restricted communication, alleging to be from PayPal claiming the account was to be restricted. Furthermore one has had immense difficulty in logging in and being repeatedly thrown out. This appears to be the precursor to being hacked, even though there was no response by me. Female voice thanking me for renewing my Amazon Prime for £79.99 press 1 to cancel press 2 for anything else. As I do not have an Amazon Prime account this was obviously a phishing scam.

Automated caller stating that my internet was to be disconnected as it had been compromised in several countries. I was advised to press 1 to be connected to an advisor who would then help me to change my IP provider ! This is not the first time I have had a call like this but from 2 different numbers.On the first occasion I ignored it and contacted my provider on that occasion who told me that it was a scam. I m sure this is one also.
