They are scam, telling you that there is a warrant out for arrest as you havent paid enough tax, and wanting payment on the phone!
Nothing to say, really. I just noticed a 'missed call' alert and this was the number. They didn't leave a message.
SCAM: I answered a call from this number and got an automated voice message saying I had placed an order ( Did not catch the name of the place I supposedly ordered from) and been charged £381.
