nFound it was a marketing company making scam calls.

When phoned back nImber unobtainable. May be an attempted scam

0141 428 3388 getting tired of them calling me four to ten times a day phoned back on chance of speaking to someone after searching number and find no company name for phone number. bloke called robert answered asked for personal details which i refused without know who they were, he refused to give a reason for not telling me what kind of company he works for.

4 days in a row now I have received a call from this number and as soon as I answer the other end hangs up so don t even know what they want, but it s a total pain

Usual nonsense about an accident, surely no one believes this garbage anymore.

this number calls me everyday an every night from morning to night every 10-15 mins till 8 o clock of a night time u d think whom ever it is they d get the hint if ppl dont answer their phone to unknown numbers not to keep trying !!!!

Man with Indian accent. Said his name was Jerry. Called me Mrs [first initial of my oh s first name + his surname] which anyone can look up in the phonebook. Asked me if I was this person. I didn t tell him. Said he was from the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). I just pressed the red button.

Often recieve calls claiming to be from Royal Sun Alliance. RSA are MOTABILITY insurer and we are being targetted for a very minor incident while our MOTABILITY car was stationary/parked/empty off road!Unwelcome, uninvited, disconcerting as related calls can be aggressive. Block the number, ignore these charlatans. They are "injury specialists", the same scoundrels responsible for this preposterous "victim" culture of claiming money if you trip over the kerb. I block every one of their numbers once they introduce themselves. I refuse to even talk - I just put the phone down, block the number and get on with what I am doing. Called yesterday and asked for "Les" to which we said it was a wrong number. They called back 4 times that day. One the last call they said "has nobody spoken to you about insurance?" Then today they ve called twice but we put the phone straight down.

It is a scam and we did transfer money but stopped order..all the amounts are for just over 2k paid into our account and we transferred just under 2k back into their bank. you ll see the money go into your account then they re desperate for you to pay the overpaid balance, they then cancel the dodgy cheaque within 2 days...Don t do it, the tel number is bogus and so is the address...

received the same message as the other people posting here, asking to call 0844 571 5190 and quote exactly the same reference number: 778660. Since we all know that this is a big scam designed to rip off unsuspecting people, I fail to see why the police cant shut these people down - or better still why they cant administer a ?500.00 fine to the number, which they would have to pay to their service provider.

This is the first unwanted call to have got through to us after we bought a BT call blocker phone 2 months ago.

Great fun - obvious scammer - fed him loads of rubbish data, he seemed pleased until I told him that I was spinning him along, then became aggressive so I blew him a kiss and hung up - got at least 7 minutes of entertainment out of it - roll on the next idiot!!!
