BT, Openreach, Virgin or TalkTalk will never call you. These calls are always a scam.
Standard scam call asking me to renew the insurance on my washing machine and fridge-freezer. Told them I'd have to buy one first before insuring it.
Clearly Indian gentleman claiming to be from BT and saying that my internet connection was slow. I told him it was fine and he hung up without another word.

Caller asking for MD by name then anyone in charge of QUALITY CONTROL. I asked in regards? "Quality Control"... I said in what manner..ISO 9001. I said we already have 9001, 14001 and 45001. He hung up on me.

I do want to use this company for a new commercial contract next February BUT NOT NOW. They have spoiled their chances by persistent calling so that I have had to block this number. Unnecessary.
