They re not great quality pens (free, of course), but the engraving has always been very good, and I like getting them. They would actually be good for giving away to clients/etc. Pity that they have to resort to telemarketers.

Pretty rude on the phone when I made it clear the MD would not be taking a cold call. "Scott" continued to explain that he had sent the MD a personalised business item (wouldn t tell me what) and that he would only speak to the MD regarding this item. I asked if I could help instead, he said I had clearly not passed on his details to the MD following receipt of the personalised business
