Claiming to be from Albany Assist calling about a non existent accident. Fishing for some details about said accident to close my file . When I asked for some details of the accident she hung up. Have previously called me and told me to f- off when I asked for more details.

Verso, instead of cleaning up a mess, try not to make a mess next time. Your grievance cell is good at cleaning up. But when overused, you will lose credibility.
Called shortly after pick up to report a scratch found on car. Office was closed both times so hung up. 1 minute and 2 seconds in total - cost me almost 5 quid. Will never rent from Sixt again - what a rip off.
