Call from Indian Call Centre to house phone. Caller refused to give name and asked general questions. I cut him off and told him the call was being monitored and recorded. Phone went dead immediately ! !

SCAM and fraud!They call vulnerable people relentlessly setting up a Kirby vacuum service, mostly without permission and when one isn't due. The engineer arrives at odd times (usually suited??!!) and if a service plan exists, says the service is free and takes money for parts instead. Had several calls within the last 12 months despite my calls to them (Premier Services Central Ltd/Kirby) asking them not to call again.

SPAM Automated message advising irregularities on an account, and monies to be paid to release a delivery.
I answered and they said they where calling from customer support from the pensions department. I asked from which company and she said the pensions department. She started saying about how leaving the EU could effect my pension and then asked for "data protection reasons" if I was under 59! At that point I put the phone down. Obviously some kind of scam and someone wanting to gather personal details, do not give them any!
Fraud. Something you might win, something you might need. Cold call, so you probably won't win/ need whatever these @rseoles are pushing. YOU WILL get charged for calling back, probably premium rate. DONT RING BACK, BLOCK THE NUMBER.
