They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. I just received one too. When I answered, no one on the other line. Then it hung up.

Tried to tell me I was paying too much for my sky repair policy because I was paying ??. Wrong amount, wrong name of of product, didn t even know what equipment I had. Total scam.
