first give away was the noise in the background, first call I ve ever had from any marketing that sounded like she was on a crowded train. Second concern was that she didn t even mention that she was ringing from any company, just asked to speak to the cardholder! not the account holder! I then asked which card would that be? she then backtracked and asked to speak to the account holder and I asked who she was looking for.
