Just as annoying as all cold calls. I replied as it was a call local to me. I thought it might be genuine until I rang back and found the name.

Tried to rerurn the call from this numnber as it appeared three times on my phone, but no messages left. I got an asnwerphone saying Ian was not available, so I do not know an Ian on Manchester so have blocked the number at present.
