These criminals call me every day, even though I have no debt. I ve already told them a thousand times, but that just does not remove me from the list. The threats always with court and rackets and who do not care that make innocent ready.

Likely to be a scammer based in China.
SCAM:Kumar phoned from this number saying they were from the Financial Conduct Authority and that a member of the household (had name) was owed compensation for bank charges 3-4 years ago and that the claims company that engaged had not handled everything right and the FCA was taking over the claims, and would send a cheque through the post. Didn't want any bank details, but upon phoning the FCA directly, they confirmed they would not engage in an activity such as taking over paying out compensation claims.
