Fraud - cliaming to be HMRC and stating you have a fraud case against you and then asks you to press 1 to go through to an agent who happens to be in INDIA. Got cross when i aksed him what HMRC stood for and threatened me with arrest. I hung up and said i would call HMRC back myself thank you.

Texted saying they could help with my claim, adding they had been trying to contact me (rubbish). I have an anonymous phone so replied CONFIRM, just to see what happened. They called me, and clearly had no idea what accidents I have had (none!).
