John Cleese left a voicemail for me to call the PPI claim company back ! No chance, have added to my the numbers I have blacklisted.
recorded message saying suspicious transactions attempted on my Bank account did not mention name of bank. asking to press certain numbers for details. I checked with bank an absolute scam to try and extort money. Hang up immediately do not follow any requests

Fraud This is a scam artist who will try to persuade you, via Whats App, that they are a son/daughter who has dropped their phone in water and that this is their new number....and that they can't access online banking for 24 hours and need to make an urgent payment and they will pay you back tomorrow. Very convincing. Glad I wasn't caught out

Amazon Fraud Pretends to be Amazon / becomes PC takeover scam Call back number from 'This is Amazon you have ordered an iPhone... if you have not contact our fraud center' Then goes into the usual Indian 'someone is using your PC we must check it for you' routine. At that point the scammer got fed up with me saying "Why you no send me refund cheeckky velly quick you do' in a fake Indian accent.
