Yet another silent call!! Followed on after similar calls from 01706 and 01737 553315. No doubt yet another call centre scam to be avoided.

Wondered if we wanted a Panic Button ,we didn’t so we hung up

William from the refunds dept at something Dander (didn t catch the first bit. Knew my name. Reassured me it wasn t a sales call. Said I just needed to confirm two things. Started to ask how many loans..... And I hung up. Cos contrary to what these scamming pr*cks think, we re not all stupid. Blocked the number.

Persistant pre-recorded calls about boiler replacements. Have tried pressing 9 to be removed but the calls keep coming so I hang up. Will report number as suggested, and try blocking number via BT.

I put down the phone when I heard the words survey and please answer these three questions

well, for the first time ever, I blocked one of these annoying numbers - this one! and that was because i had to block them twice in a week (two different numbers, same town). thanks to the person who linked ICO in this thread, it was really quick.

strung them along, told them my computer was uo stairs and made big,, thing of turning it on and pushing there keys then asked them if i was doing it right as it was still in it...

Call me professionally often unknown numbers so I went off even with this. Unfortunately, was launched directly. Even with further calls was always in the mood. So I let it ring and also left no message.

She asked whether I had private pensions and whether it would be possible that somebody would see me face to face to go through my private pensions. Received unsolicited calls from 0114 319 0673 even though I m signed up to the telephone preference service. Looks like they are faking their outgoing number which means they must be scammers. Don t bother answering or calling back.

Repeated calls. I don t answer and the caller doesn t even wait for the A/Machine to kick in. Why is this not illegal? Imagine the more na?ve people these vile scammers are conning!
