Once you get a call like this from one scammy nob-head company, they keep calling with new numbers in the hope that you react and call them back. Don't answer, Don't call back. Its usually a premuim rate scam that either has some kind of fax machine tone, or someone claiming to be someone they're not trying to keep you on the line for as long as possible whilst running up your phone bill

had a call out of the blue which i was angry with however i have had so many of these calls so decided to have a listen. eventually after i had asked all of questions and seen they were legit on a gov webpage i decided on going ahead. im very happy i did because i was lucky to claim ?4587 and still have a few more credit cards to look into. Pretended they were TSB, and that someone tried to take out 250 to pay Apple, they put the transaction on hold and now need to generate me a new card, new sort code and new account number. Called him out on it by saying will visit branch to sort out as never heard of anyone changing a sort code before...I am guessing he would have asked me to verify all those details in order to change them. Scam, scam, scam as soon as I said that he hung up.
Called 3 times this week so I called them from blocked number they said they were calling due to accident I d been in. I told them i don t own car or even have a licence (which is true) they said not even as a passenger, told them No. They apologised and said they update system. My number is not listed and they called my land line AND mobile! Apparently they sent me a letter, but wanted me to confirm my address. I never got anything and had never heard of them before! I told them on both occassions - they called withing 5 minutes on both lines - to take me complete details off their list and stop harrassing me or I would call the authoroties.
