I had a call from this number around 10am BST on 11th September 2019. When I answered, a chap with an Indian subcontinent accent spoke, introducing himself as David. When I asked why he was calling, he hung up.
The only thing I understood was the mention of my name and something about a scam ! Couldn't understand who he was or why he was calling due to poor English.

Received call today, but hung up. Region of caller comes up as 'Sanquhar' a town in Scotland. Caller hung up as soon as I answered.
