It it saying that there is message from HMRC from person office named Wilson, and when calling back, no one respond. They were calling from other number, so both two phones are sent to HMRC.
automated call of someone sounding very official and slighty scary saying that there was a report of abuse related to my NI number and to press 1 to avoid being arrested - i did not press 1 but it was not pleasant. No name given etc etc.

SPAM/weird woman - I declined their call as was on another, once I finished I hit call back. Someone called Helena answered, I said I’d had a missed call, they said they hadn’t called me. I said they had, I just called back, I explained that it is impossible to miss-dial a call you’re returning. She started swearing, shouting to stop calling. I said I was only calling back, that she had called me. More swearing so I hung up.
