Fraud - Recorded message told me i was being investigated for fraud, and if i didn't press 1 to speak to the investigating officer immediately, a warrant would be issued for my arrest
spoofed number, American sounding recorded message, saying they are calling from Amazon, they will be taking799.99 from my account. they are going to be dissapointed only got 0.45p in my account.
This was a cold call from Tom stating that previous loft insulation was subjct to condensation and there was a free inspection. Please explain as where you obtained my phone number, as under current British Law it is unlawful to make unsolicited for which fines can be instigated. I ve had loads of calls from this number over the last few days. I answered once and they said they re from O2 and want to offer me deals. I told them I wasn t interested and hung up, they still keep calling.
