Called several times over last couple of weeks but always missed due to work. Finally got to answer this morning. They told me I am owed PPI from a loan I took out dating back to 1997! I let him waffle on for a few minutes then politely explained that I was just 5 years old in 1997! He replied with Oh and put the phone down!

This number is for car dealership Arnold Clark, who were trying to sell their car service plan. Called today 18 November 2019. They left a voicemail and confirmed this is their contact number. This is the first time I have been called hence I have marked it as neutral.
