Called me several times whilst at work. No message. No idea who they are but I don't recognise the number. Have a suspicion may be cold calling re PPI/loans/debt solutions.

Phoned me twice. Ask some inane questions, not sure what they are after. I am not deaf and have no hearing loss.

Caller became abusive when I complained that she should be aware of the Telephone Preference Service - "you don t need to tell me how to do my job" and then hung up. A few minutes later she rang again but hung up before I answered. Her employer (the Government!!) definitely needs to be told how to do her job!

SCAM caller - called saying he's from my bank, quoted some card details (correct, must be on a stolen database) to say that Apple Pay / Contactless are down for 24-48 hours while they do upgrades. I didn't give him any info but somehow he managed to set up an Apple Pay with my card and stole £2,600 from our company account, on payday, 4 days before Christmas. We're now completely skint and can't afford to pay the wages. Been doing some investigating and his name is Tyrell, apparently. Fuck you Tyrel
