Reports on other sites suggest it s EE sales team.
This is a scammer, they claim to be from BT and they are going to disconnect your line and internet. As I am not with BT it is easy to know this is rubbish, but do try to keep them on the line as long as possible, since they are probably ringing from outside the UK (more expensive) and the (apparent) UK number is spoofed.
This number has rung me 3 times so far today, a foreign man speaks and Tells me my name and address and postcode as I did not reply straight away he hangs up
