E.ON. Currently a customer renewed my fixed tariff.
recieved a letter stating i owe HMRC a large amount for not sending in my end of year. Contacted my accountant arranged a meeting to sort this out, We phoned HMRC and they confirmed that owed nothing to them, Got this in writing now and emailed them telling them that i would see them in court as i have proof that i owe nothing, but this company still keep ringing me!! How they got my number i will never know????
They tell you, you are owed money from a bank even if you have never banked with them.
