Got a call on my mobile during the day. I m in The Netherlands. Some English speaking lady with an Indian accent asked if I was looking for a job offer. Asked her to call me back in an hour. SCAM / SPAM Claimed to be from BT saying there was an issue with my IP address being compromised. Asked me to download a remote working application onto my laptop: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/. I asked for a number to call BT back on this one ie 02081235072. He called me on 0012122292952.

I had a silent call (on 15/5/15)& as I was expecting a call from unknown people on this area code, I used 1471 and phoned back. I heard a recorded message "You were called today by Media Match. The cal was not important and we will try again later. Goodbye" A Google search for Media Match shows a US firm with this name, but on websites similar to this one they claim that they do not cold-call and that their name is being mis-used. I have reported the call to Ofcom as a silent call causing annoyanc
