I asked her to write me an email, however she said they would not work like this. By this time I thanked her and said good bye. Not serious at all! Call from supposed local exchange and when answerphone cut in automated message informed me money had been taken from my card and to press 1 to contact them. Obvious scam as have had identical message from various numbers over the past year.
Charged by Vodafone for texting abroad to this number which is rather strange seeing as I am in the uk!

Stated they are British gas, they are not, very broken English. Saying meter expired and need reading and contract needed renewing, which neither were true.
It is a scam and we did transfer money but stopped order..all the amounts are for just over 2k paid into our account and we transferred just under 2k back into their bank. you ll see the money go into your account then they re desperate for you to pay the overpaid balance, they then cancel the dodgy cheaque within 2 days...Don t do it, the tel number is bogus and so is the address...
SCAM Have received a large number of calls to my answering machine with no message left I waited awhile and phoned the number back only to get a continuous tone like a disconnect tone. So this is most likely a SCAM number. beware !!!

SCAM CALLER!! Automated call scam telling you you have a warrant out for your arrest and you must press 1 to call them back otherwise the police will come and arrest you. I did not fall for it but very worrying and sickening for those more naive.

They call and hang up - then when you call them their opening line is "Are you responding to a missed call" Not even a hello - obviously their business model requires curiosity of the caller to find out who called, then they try to trap you into getting a boiler and loft insulation that are apparently part of the greendeals fund run by the government - you can do this yourself without someone taking a cut if you really want. Just another PPI type firm.

When called there is a message, claims to be XLN Business Telecom concerning account. Advises caller to telephone 0808 1683092. Often calls at least four times a week, sometimes twice daily. Ignore as frequently called numbers are domestic not business, or businesses where the company does not have an account with XLN.
Very poor line, claimed to be some kind of investment company for crypto investments, became very hostile when i advised them that i'm voluntary bankrupt
called me to say computer is infected with viruses even when I don t use computers any more...just ipads now :) I pretended I cant hear them and put them on mute and would unmute in between to pretend its the line problem. Made them call me number of times and wasted their monies :)
