Has rung me 5 times in the past 2 days. I have not answered any of the calls and no message has been left. I have now blocked the number.
Company rang twice yesterday, twice today They Always start the call, is that the manager? Yesterday they were asking who the Electricity supplier was. I had a message from this number +44 1252 560473, I ve googled it and it brought me to this website, I ve also sent it to the real paypal support team, the message I have is. " Dear ......, we ve detected unauthorized access to your PayPal account. Please log in at https://supportpaypal.net/ to unlock your account." I know full well my account is in fully working order, just wanted to share this with everyone

Said they were BT and going to terminate my internet unless they could have access to my PC. I said I do not have a PC which is true and the Asian sounding lady hung up. They were not from BT and have called me many times before pretending to be BT or Microsoft or the TPS. They are scammers after your bank details. They also change their phone number slightly to try and get past people blocking them. I have so far blocked 01525 510006 and same number ending in 7 and 9. Hang up and block, they are scammers.

this person rang me to say he was a physotherapist and could he call this Wednesday. I asked who referred him and stupidly said was it ........... and he said yes. should have just left it at who referred you. I said no he could not come unless I got a call from my surgery and why would I need physiotherapy? BEWARE.

It's got one digit less that regular 0207 numbers, so it might not be a London number at all. In my case, when I answered my mobile, their system just hung up.

Got a call from 01246 255920 it was the same company UK Finance who keep ringing me on different numbers. They said i am due 10 year bank charges but could not tell me which bank. I just keep them on the line saying i need to write the number down then can't find my glasses etc. It must be 6 times they have called asking me to ring 0913 1240 871 which could cost me around £25 a call as it is a premium number. Of course once i do ring 0913 they can then release my cheque. I must have wasted at least an hour

Phonecall from local-ish number(Chesterfield) said it was Jenny from the Hearing Centre and that she understood I previously worked in a noisy environment. I said No and she promptly hung up - didn t get to ask whether she had the right person or where she got my number from.
