Which is the first random I ve ever encountered while Internet /phone shopping I did receive a random info booklet on holidays a few months / lots of weeks before anyway this number was attached to the payment from my account the only thing I can suggest is to report the company to whomever and to contact your bank stating that a fraudulent company has your card details if you do recieve a catalog from them. SCAM Foreign call centre. Car accident 'uninsured losses claim' scammers. Told me they were a small department within the 'British Insurance Losses Department' (doesn't exist). Couldn't tell me when my accident was other than 'the last two years'. Couldn't tell me where they got my details from. Told them I refuse to discuss anything with a company or organisation I've never heard of so they can email me if they have my details. They hung up, unsurprisingly.
