SCAM Robot Dialer, with recorded piffle about being from "VISA" and trying to confirm a £300 payment to Amazon and an International Money Transfer of £1000. eventually got an Indian speaker who was qute surprised when i asked her for the Passcode. Then hung up. Tried to report to Action Fraud, but they are only interested if you have lost money, and it is by Email or to a Mobile Number.

I have been called several times yesterday back to back from firstly a London number twice, then twice from private number and this one today. They all start by saying am I ****** when I ask who they are they mumble something then ask me if I own or rent my property. The person who called today was female and I could actually understand what she said, except for the initial mumble. The first two London calls where listed as suspected spam, however, some of calls in this category have been bona fide.

This company keeps calling and using the wrong surname. Then she asks me to answer yes or no to questions! Definitely think this is a scam especially as she called again today.
SCAM they will try to say that they are from HMRC and tell you that you owe the government unpaid taxes and will require you name and postcode and if you do not then a arrest warrant will be issued for your arrest unless you challenge them they will counite as ive had this call countless times before
SCAM said they were from British Gas but didn't believe them as they said they supply us Gas and Electric but we have no Gas!

I received this phone call at 6-02 on the 16/06/22. This was the second one I had in the last couple of days saying they had a delivery for me from the Range. The asked was I Lorna Davies and was she my granddaughter. How did they know how old I was??

This number called me and when I answered, the voice from a foreign male person spoke. I advised that they had just called me but they said that had not done so. This was the second time I received a call like this from another number (07565 827573), within 10 minutes of each other. I believe this was a SPOOFING SCAM and advise anyone who receives anything like this to be on your guard and not give ANY personal information away ... not even your name.

Insurance SPAM This number and very similar numbers have been calling me daily for a couple of weeks. I have missed the previous calls but answered today. A very well spoken man said he was calling from some company (I didn't catch the name) to do with my Scottish Widows life insurance. When I told him I don't have a policy he asked if I'd cancelled it and I told him I had and that I don't need life insurance. He immediately told me to have a good day and hung up. A SCAM - be very careful as the person on the phone will try to get you to download a programme called "anydesk.com" which gives remote access to your computer. In my case the person said he was from SKY and was checking on my report on bad internet signal (that part was true). He took me through a few dialogue boxes (thankfully I knew that I was not changing settings). He then tried to get me to download the programme. Thankfully I questioned it. He hung up. As of writing, 3 different numbers tried to call me today (020 8956 2943, 020 8956 2230 and 020 8956 2601). They all start with 020, I don’t know anyone who owns those numbers, maybe the same individual is using different numbers to call me. Likely a fraud and now it’s harassing.
