I received a call this afternoon from David from London Police Station informing me that fraudulent transcations are taking place in my account (approx. ?3100) and it would be best for me to relocate my funds into safe keepings. Does this sound strange to anyone else? I said righto mate, "I expect that you will take care of it for me then." - Not a believer.

Voice recorded. Purporting to be from BT Internet!

Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I asked them where they got this information from - they said they purchased these details from a company and had got them as I had registered the accident but hadn t claimed anything. I told them this was completely inaccurate information. The person on the other end got rather aggre

Keeps ringing several times each week. I know its telemarketing as it only rings a couple of times before cutting off! Why can t the telecomms authorities DO something about these "sons of a thousand fathers"?

I have just had a call from a Nikita Marshall from EUROCHANCE100 said i could win ipad or 10,000 pounds, then went to say i was entered in to the prize draw and wanted my bank details haha do they think im stupid,,, i went on to say why cant you send me the welcome pack without takin my bank details they said they needed it,, i dont think so ha

Looks like the guy also goes by the name Paul Watson, insists that you ring the 01613540995 number and ask for him alone.

Suspicious of this call from this number that I received this afternoon. Caller said he was from BT and there was a problem with my internet.

Received text from 07413284805 saying "...records indicate you may be entitled to ?3750 for mis-sold insurance" and to text back or call this 0844 number. I ve never taken the insurance - its a scam. I wonder if there is an automated way to respond to their text and overload it... Just a thought.

Caller introduced himself as "Lawrence from Microsoft". Cold call asking for a specific person at our company regarding Yahoo and Bing listings and their verification, allegedly. Claimed he would remove our listing on Yahoo/Bing when I said I wasn t interested! What a stupid threat and what an idiot. He eventually admitted he was from infosure. He didn t get what he called for but he certainly got what he deserved!

Its a fake number.there was a lurcative job offer on a website.I called them they took my interview for an hour and it was fake.It had costed me like 32 pounds or so.I already dont have any money and now i dont know from where i ill pay this 32 or 33 pounds.Bad luck
