This number called me this morning 10.02 am. What appeared to be recorded message told me that they were speaking from Visa and my card had been used to place an £800 bet in the USA, if this wasn't me press a button on the phone. As I am a Housing Rights Worker for Shelter, I am well aware of how to get repairs actioned. They went silent when I explained this.
